Information we collect

When you enquire, we collect the details you submit: your name, email, phone number, city or country, course interest, preferred training mode or time, and your message. Business enquiries may also include your company, project requirements and participant count. Advertising lead forms may ask similar questions; the form shows the fields requested before you submit.

For enrolled students we maintain registration details, course, batch, country, progress, dates and permitted video access. Account services process login information. Certificate records may include name, course, issue date, contact number and PAN information supplied for the certificate process. Do not send passwords, payment card details or confidential customer information in enquiry messages.

How we use information

We use your details to answer enquiries, arrange demos, discuss admission, manage training and authorised video access, issue or verify certificates, and track requested follow-ups. Business details help us discuss a project or training proposal. We record consent where our forms request it. A course enquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop promotional contact at any time.

Public certificate verification

A lookup using a valid certificate ID can display the student name, course, certificate ID, status, issue date and duration. PAN and mobile values are masked. Student account details and private enquiries are not published through this lookup.

Hosting, cookies and external services

Our site uses Netlify hosting, database and Identity services. Necessary cookies or browser storage support sign-in and sessions. Hosting and security systems may process network addresses, request information and logs. Enquiry protection uses a keyed hash of your network address to limit spam.

YouTube videos, Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media links operate under their providers’ privacy policies. Opening or loading their services may share technical information with them. Facebook and Instagram process information under Meta’s own policies when you use their lead forms; details you submit to our business are used for the enquiry purposes described above. This policy does not create an automatic integration between those platforms and our website.

Sharing, storage and security

Information is accessible to authorised staff for the relevant work and to service providers needed to host the site, authenticate accounts or deliver communications. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect accounts and prevent misuse. Hosting or communication providers may process information outside your country.

We use access controls, authenticated server services and masked certificate fields. No online service is completely secure. We retain information according to the purpose of the enquiry or service, record-keeping needs and applicable requirements. Backups may retain copies after an operational record is removed; we do not promise immediate removal from every backup.

Your choices and privacy requests

Contact us to request access to or correction of your details, deletion where appropriate, withdrawal of consent, or an end to promotional contact. Tell us which email or phone number you used and the nature of your request; do not send a password. We may verify your identity before acting. Withdrawal may affect a service that needs the information, and some records may need to be retained for legitimate record-keeping or applicable requirements.

If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before submitting personal information or arranging enrolment. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information.
